Sheffield Practice Nurse
and Health Care Assistant
Awards 2021

Following a tough year during the Covid-19 pandemic, it has never been more important to recognise the incredible contributions of you and your colleagues in primary care. The awards will bring together and celebrate the Sheffield Practice Nursing community whilst also highlighting the achievements of those who have excelled over this past year.

The awards recognise excellent nursing innovations and the delivery of excellent patient focussed care across seven areas. For 2021 exclusively, we have an extra award for a nurse/HCA/team who have gone above and beyond what has been expected of them during the pandemic.

Due to the pandemic, the awards event will now be held online – details will be available soon.
